We value our time together. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours after a missed appointment, we cannot guarantee another slot for a free consultation.

 If you're over 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or abbreviate our session to respect others' scheduled times.

If there are more than two consecutive reschedules or cancellations, we'll have to reconsider the terms of our free sessions.
