Corina De Lucia is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, she participated in the Immigrants’ Rights / International Human Rights Clinic, where she zealously represented clients in various cases, such as asylum cases and assisting individuals in obtaining legal permanent residence or citizenship. She also has completed family and civil judicial externships with judges sitting in the Superior Court of New Jersey, as well as public interest work with non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the Guerrero Law Firm, Corina worked at immigration law firms in New Jersey where she handled employment-based matters, such as H-1B visa processing and family-based immigration matters.
Ms. De Lucia is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, as well as the District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of various bar associations, and is passionate about committing her time to volunteer work. Additionally, Ms. De Lucia has a background in Criminal Justice, having graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Rutgers University, School of Criminal Justice in Newark, New Jersey.
